Karen Keit Designer Jewelry was founded in 1977 by Karen Keit herself. As a young craftsperson, Karen moved to the beautiful Garden Island of Kauai and began making her creations from the inspiration she inhaled all around her on this majestic, magical island. Karen continues to educate herself in her craft. She's stayed inspired over the years though her travels and though trade schools which she has attended numerously.
Still today, Karen's creations are hand-made by her alone, in her small intimate studio on the North Shore of Kauai, Hawaii!
Karen Keit is a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America, and has continued perfecting her skills and developing her talents at the Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts, San Francisco, and the Colorado Center for Metal Arts.
